Each piece is handmade and shipping time estimations can be unique. Please check estimated shipping time for each individual piece on it's page. For rush orders, please email us and we can see what is possible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable + international recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes.
Returns/Exchanges

Returns are available for Store Credit on pieces that we have in stock ~ As a small business, we cannot provide full refunds at this time
There are no returns on items that are Made to Order ~ Exchanges for pieces that we have in stock are available
There are no returns on Solid Gold pieces, as they are always made to order ~ Adjustments are available + Exchanges are available on pieces that we have in stock
If you wish to make a return, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at bloom@rosaliejade.com with your order number + reason for return request. Returns are subject to approval.
In the event of a return/exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with order.
